Special Lemon Faluda:

Ingredients Needed:

Falooda vermicelli 1 cup

Milk 1 glass

Ice 1 cup

Pineapple 1 cup

Ice cream 2 cup

Screw pine 1-2 drops

Sugar syrup1/2 cup

Red Jelly 1/2 packet

Green jelly 1/2 packet

Nuts as required

Red syrup (rooh afza )as required

How To Make:

Boil milk and reduce it to 1 & 1/2 cups, that is boil until the volume is reduced to half.Cool down and keep refrigerated until use.

Heat water until its warm and china grass to it , dissolve it completely.Mix well and cool down , keep in fridge for 30 mins.

At the time of serving, take out the set jelly and in the serving glasses , and 2 tablespoon of the jelly.

Add nannari syrup in each glass, followed by the chilled thick milk.

Lastly scoop ice cream to each on top.Garnish with tutti fruit if you like it.
